Say hello to Townhouse 10

For a short time only, a display has opened within Townhouse 10, giving people an opportunity to visit and experience a completed townhouse at The Village.

Construction of the Central townhouses at The Village has finished, with many residents recently moved into their new homes at Middleton Field in Daylesford.

Helping bring the Breathe-designed interiors to life, the display has been styled by Olive Interior Styling. The space features artwork by Daylesford based artist Michael Parker and a handcrafted timber dining table by local maker Pride Furniture.

If you are keen to view the display, arrange your private appointment soon as Townhouse 10 is now the last remaining available Central Townhouse.

Designed by leading sustainable architect Breathe - The Village comprises 31 townhouses arranged across four distinct blocks - North, Central, South and East.

Momentum continues to build, with only three Northern Townhouses remaining ahead of construction of the Northern Townhouses commencing later this year. The Southern and Eastern townhouses are set for a latter sales release and construction programme.

Every home at The Village is all-electric and connected to shared gardens and productive landscapes designed by landscape architect Acre.

As landscaping establishes and more residents move into the neighbourhood, The Village is beginning its transition from construction project to established community.
